A Confidential Medical Form must be filled out prior to enrollment, and a physician's release may be required.

Certification courses are scheduled upon demand. The course includes books, equipment and boat dives.

Students (15 years of age and over) who complete the course will become PADI Open Water Divers and will receive a certification card; students 10-14 years of age who complete the course will become a Junior Open Water Diver. Divers must be at least 10 years old to complete this course. (Junior divers, 10 and 11 year olds are allowed to dive to a maximum of 40 feet deep and junior divers 12-14 years old are allowed to dive to 60 feet deep with a parent or legal guardian)
