The East End Open Water Course is operated by Tortuga Divers located on the East side of the island. The dives depart from the beach at Morritt's Tortuga Resort (about an hour drive from Georgetown). The diving certification course is a three-day course designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed to become an Open Water diver.

Whether you're on the go or want to take it slow, now you can complete the knowledge development portion of the PADI Open Water Diver course online with PADI eLearning. It's a great match for your active schedule.

While you're working through the PADI Open Water Diver course online or after you complete all the segments you will print your eLearning Record and bring it with you to Grand Cayman to start your underwater adventures.

You'll learn and master dive skills from one of our highly-trained PADI Instructors during confined and open water dives. The skills you learn during these dives will prepare you to explore a whole new world. Start today on a lifetime of adventure and fun!

Please note that the minimum age for eLearning is 13. This is a PADI policy and is due to internet privacy regulations and requirements. Keep in mind that eLearning registration is a credit card process, so those underage will require parental permission and guidance to get started. Students (15 years of age and over) who complete the course will become PADI Open Water Divers and will receive a certification card.

A major credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation for all activities. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Advance reservations will be charged in full 24 hours prior to the activity date.

Cancellation Policy
Check-in with Tortuga Divers is required 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made prior to 24 hours of the scheduled activity time will not be charged any penalty fees. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of scheduled activity time will be charged full price of scheduled activity. Guests who NO SHOW will be charged full price. Departure points are subject to change, dependent on weather. Bookings cancelled due to weather, acts of God or circumstances beyond the control of Tortuga Divers with Red Sail Sports will be rescheduled or are subject to a full refund.
